There is nothing dramatic about the changes except for the UPBO numbers (where I mixed up the sign for the loss when calculating the kl parameter). With these changes my simulations and Sigurd's are most of the time within 10 m from each other, and are never more than 23 m away. Thus we now believe these numbers are simulated correctly. We hope to bring a contribution to the next TM6 meeting with a more detailed description of the simulations. If there is no objection I suggest that we replace the numbers in the tables F1-F4 by the numbers below. Due to some discussions I have had recently I would also like to point out that there is no TPS-TC (e.g. ATM) overhead included in these numbers. That is, the time domain overhead (12%) is only covering things like voc, eoc, framing and cyclic extension overhead. As there are at least two TPS-TC variations it was decided (at some meeting long time ago) that the payload bit-rates in these simulations is not including any additional overhead for a TPS-TC (like 9.5% of ATM overhead). Furthermore I think that we should have a note stating the purpose these numbers in the beginning of the Annex F. Maybe also add a disclaimer that these are not performance numbers that modems must meet to fulfill the standard.
